The current on-line manual should be replaced by the files from gimp-help-2. Perhaps an automatic build process (much like what is done for the gimp-web-devel module) can be set up on manual.gimp.org? Hi everyone, I haven't seen this link sent to the lists yet, so I figured people would be interested.
