[Gimp-user] how to make rounded speed line

hi all always trying stuff with gimp, I try to make rounded speed line like on this picture http://www.cdkomik.com/kenshin.jpg for now , I make that by hand but it's not terrible (I thing , that contrast with the rest.) do you have any idea to make that automaticly ??? thanks a++ PS: I dunno
