Re: [Gimp-user] Print plugin not loaded
It seems that the first thing to do is to upgrade to 1.2.3. It may be that something is broken in 1.2.2, but 1.2.3 is out now. If an upgrade to 1.2.3 doesn't fix it, please post to this list again and post a bug to bugzilla. 1.2.3 is available at ftp://ftp.gimp.org/pub/gimp/v1.2/v1.2.3/ and should be a pretty easy install. If you have problems compiling, feel free to come to irc.gimp.org #gimp and ask for help. carol is working on a howto so can use info on any problems people encounter. bex ___ Gimp-user mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.xcf.berkeley.edu/mailman/listinfo/gimp-user

I did look in /usr/lib/gimp/1.2/plug-ins and the 'print' plug-in is there. I ever installed gimp-print again and I checked that it installs the plug-in in that directory. -- Andre Truter Software Engineer Registered Linux user #185282 ICQ #40935899 AIM: trusoftzaf http://www.trusoft.za.net <-> < The box said: Requires Windows 95 or better... > < So I installed Linux> <-> ___ Gimp-user mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.xcf.berkeley.edu/mailman/listinfo/gimp-user

The output of gimp-config --gimpplugindir is: /usr/lib/gimp/1.2/ Should I change this? How do I change this?
