I'm using gimp 1.1.x and am confused about what ppi I should use.  All
I want to do with the gimp is do some basic text and print it out at
the highest resolution possible (my printer is an Optra E, 600dpi).

Now, from what I've read, ppi != dpi, so I shouldn't set ppi =
600...what should I set it to?  The text looks really horrible when
the image was created at 72 ppi (the default).
