What's the best method to add a fog-like effect?
One idea that comes to mind would be to add a layer and then fill it with
plasma, desaturate, and then adjust the transparency to a fog-like effect.

What's the best method to add a fog-like effect?
I thought about channels but I don't know how to get fogs with it.
I'm unexperienced.
