Hello list,
I have installed gimp-1.1.23 under
IRIX 6.5.3 after almost a full day
of work installing auxiliary GNU software.
I tried lots of gimp utilities and most
of them work fine. However the filter
Filters->Map->MapObject crashes;
see messages below.
Is this a known bug for this pre-release
version? Has anybody had experience in
installing gimp under IRIX?

NOTE: I was unable to install the PDL and
Gtk-Perl libraries with the available
configure script. Could this have
anything to do with the failing
plug-in?
