It is probably a good time to re-read the INSTALL and README.perl files. From these
decide which
options could be disabled, I mean EVERYTHING you can get away with. For the moment
forget perl...
we want to isolate the problem as far as we can.
If it builds, then re-enable the options ONE by ONE, until it breaks again. Run 'make
clean'
between attempts, and try to get as many options going as you can, before reporting
back to us. I
think there is several log files created, so include the tail end of these files as
well.
I suspect perl might still be the problem, the INSTALL document mentions a
GTK-perl-interface -
whatever that is.
