Remember that Chicago IS a TrueType font on the Mac OS since OS 8.1 (I
think) maybe sooner. Grab ttconverter from your favorite info-mac mirror.
Convert Chicago into a .ttf font and then install it on Linux as you would
any other .ttf font and voila!

Now, I don't know how "legal" this is, but it should work.
