Define "real time"? If you mean full resolution, 24-30 frames/s, then the
answer is most definitely NO.

For things like 1 frame/s, the answer is: on a fast machine, with some
glue software (e.g. Video::Capture::V4l && gimp-perl), and some very easy
filters, maybe.

However, it would be somewhat insane to try it.
