my curiosity has gotten the better of me so I've just tried the 2 image transforms, autocrop and zealous crop. on a series of about 10 JPEG images neither of them seemed to do anything. in fact, the certainly didn't because I was able to close all the images without gimp nagging me about unsaved changes. so, can anybody explain for me what these facilities are supposed to do? or what they are supposed to be useful for? be kind, I'm new to all this.
