Adonay,

Thank you very much for your patch!

After consideration, we are not going to merge this patch.  As Alexandre
pointed out we specifically address the definition of Free Software as well
as the GPLv3+ in the text immediately after that title.  We are doing our
best to balance clear wording aimed at our audience.

We are well aware of the gnu links and the what they say.  Thank you for
the links, though.

Free and Open Source Software sounds much better then Free/Libre Software.

Free in some peoples mind can be free to use but not freedom. I think
the open source term helps people understand that they can get the
source code.

"Free/Libre" makes "Open Source" redundant.

"Libre" is hard to understand to the uninitiated. Moreover, the text
below specifically links to both the definition of free software and
the gplv3+ distribution guide.

What is the actual issue, Adonay?
