Macro CURLAUTH_GSSNEGOTIATE is deprecated since cURL v7.38.0 and
should be used CURLAUTH_NEGOTIATE instead. For compatibility
with older versions of cURL is CURLAUTH_NEGOTIATE set as alias
to CURLAUTH_GSSNEGOTIATE
