    [Bluetooth] Correct SCO buffer for Broadcom based Dell laptops
    
    The SCO buffer size values on Dell laptops with a Bluetooth chip from
    Broadcom are wrong. The USB Bluetooth driver has to set a quirk to
    correct the SCO buffer size values.
