    USB: fix skeleton driver

compilation of the skeleton driver is currently broken. It doesn't compile.
    So while I am it:

    - fix typo
    - add comments to answer common questions
    - actually allow autosuspend in the driver struct
    - increase paralellism by restricting code under locks
