    backlight: Fix order of Kconfig entries
    
    Switch the order of LCD_CLASS_DEVICE and BACKLIGHT_CLASS_DEVICE,
    so that it's possible to insert LCD devices without borking the
    dependency displays of xconfig and other config tools.
