I've found out that it was a bug in Win10.
Recently I upgraded my system to Win10 build 14257 and git started to work.

I got the same errors when installing Git-2.7.0.2 to win 10 pro 160124.
The solution I found is install Git-2.4.2.1 and for now it works properly
