Currently, I'm using git to version control an application deployed in 2 separate projects (PA and PB). These are currently using identical versions with local customizations not tracked by git.
However, Project B (PB) will now change by moving files from one directory into a new directory. So I will have: PA/OrigDir PB/NewDir The files in NewDir and OrigDir should be the same, so I want to use git to track these. Is there a recommended way to do this? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Git for human beings" group.
