FWIW, once I am done testing on a topic branch, I fixup everything
down to one commit, merge that branch into main. At that point, I
would rename the branch by adding closed_ as the prefix. Turns out I
had a whole bunch of these cluttering up the branches list. I never
really needed them. Now after I merge a topic branch, I delete it.
