Hello,

I have 120+ Visual Studio solutions and 320+ databases (using Red Gate
Source Control) that have to be added to git. We are new to git and
currently have a smattering of different SC platforms (TFS, SVN) and some
code not in a SC at all.

My question is about how to group/organize them. Do I create a repo for
each VS solution and a separate repo for each database? That seems to be a
lot of repos. Or is there a way to group them? I've looked at
sparse-checkout and it works but it's a little cumbersome. Is there any
way in git/GitHub to group repos?

Another option is to have 1 repo and group within the repo (maybe using
sparse-checkout, subfolders, etc.).

All advice and suggestions welcome.

Thanks,
Brett
