Hi,
 
I am trying to upgrade git client on one of our linux server.
 
We want to upgrade to git 1.9.4 version.
 
We are currently using git 1.7.1 which seems to inbuilt for linux server.
 
can you please help me to upgrade the git from 1.7.1 to 1.9.4.
