Resolving deltas: 100% (614/614), done. git submodule add https://github.com/thyseus/yay-cms protected/modules 'protected/modules' already exists in the index The problem is, that i dont only need them next to each other, but "inside" each other. You should be able to have multiple submodules next to each other.
