Hi,
If I understand correctly, you (as user murthy12345) are tring to push to a
different user's repo devops962017 (which may also be you at the keyboard). So
Github will correctly say that (with normal permissions) that different user
cannot push to this username.
The normal way would be that user murthy12345 has their own fork repo, and will
have pushed their local changes to that user's repo on github. Then on the
github gui requested a Pull Request (PR) be sent to the upstream repo
devops962017.
If the PR is acceptable to devops962017 then then can 'merge' it (the PR from
murthy12345) into their repo using the github gui.
Github (the computer logic) doesn't know that the two user names are really the
same you.
