Hello, this, actually, depends more on your project size. I successfully run Git on really old machines, like things RHEL itself doesn't support any more. I have an old Geode processor machine with 128MB RAM, and Git runs fine on it. It is also insalled and doing well on my Raspberry Pi, with 512MB RAM and an ARM processor.
All in all, I don't know any of such limitations. Others may correct me, though :-) On 30 Jul 2014 03:52, "newbie" <poonam.var...@gmail.com> wrote: > Hello, > > What are System/Hardware requirements of RHEL server for Git installation ? > > CPU/RAM: > Storage: > OS version: > > Thanks, > Poonam > > -- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups > "Git for human beings" group. > To unsubscribe from this group and stop receiving emails from it, send an > email to git-users+unsubscr...@googlegroups.com. > For more options, visit https://groups.google.com/d/optout. > -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Git for human beings" group.
