    eina_cxx: Add specialized eina::iterator for Eo* wrappers
    
    Add specialization of eina::iterator for Eo* C++ wrappers.
    
    Specialize ibegin/iend methods in eina::list and eina::array of
    Eo* wrappers to use the new eina::iterator.
    
    Add unit test.
