Please describe what you are trying to do.** In `Sum` aggregation expression, there are two state fields `sum` (int64) and `count` (uint64). For rust itself, it has no issue. But it makes that harder to integrate with external systems where only signed long is supported. Actually for `Sum` expression, we only care about if count is zero or not.
