Yeah I did too with similar language.
Not that I'm a cynic, but I suspect the more people who ping them the more
likely that they will do something.

I did the "report this app" thing with the following message:

So everyone complain to snapcraft, they have a license violation option in the
"report this app" link (in really small letters near the bottom of the page)

This is a common issue with Snaps whose license information wasn't specified
correctly (or not in compliance with the specification).

I'm afraid the Geany project does not make snaps, you need to ask whoever makes
the snap to explain.
