You should specify only the part of the LDAP group DN that is not part
of the group_search_dn: setting you specified.
So for the group CN=RD,OU=Security Groups,OU=All
Groups,DC=mycompany,DC=com you should specify:
CN=RD
and possibly change the group_search_dn attribute to include the
