Hello everyone,

I've pushed a simple diagnostics console to Gitorious mainline. This'll hopefully make it easier to find problems both during setup and subsquent maintenance of Gitorious installations.

Hitting the /admin/diagnostics <http://gitorious.test:3000/admin/diagnostics>/ url will render a checklist and current state of stuff that is expected to be set up in a stock Gitorious installation (note: the url is only visible to logged in users flagged as admins). It also does some high level reports of the host system which Gitorious runs on (uptime, vmstat, free -m etc).

This is just the first iteration. In the long-term we'd probably like the tests to be more flexible/configurable to take different setups into account (it's currently just checking for a safe subset/how things look on a basic stock install on RHEL/CenOS/Ubuntu)
