eDiscussion Transparency International has initiated a mail-based eDiscussion List as a pre-runner to the 11th International Anti-Corruption Conference due to be held in Seoul on 25-28 May 2003. Discussants of this eDiscussion group will steer the debate on anti-corruption issues over a period of one month, and will have the opportunity to help develop recommendations to be delivered to the intergovernmental Global Forum III, taking place on 29-31 May 2003 in Seoul.
