The ghc-6.10.1 doc writes about -fdisambiguate-record-fields,
the compiler does not recognize it,
also it does not recognize -XDisambiguate-record-fields,
and it does recognize -XDisambiguateRecordFields.
Also is not it better to uniformly use an upper case letter instead of
dash
