I just checked out (totally from scratch) the head version of GHC +
libraries. There seems to either be some files missing, or some
configure.ac needs to be updated regarding what files should be there.
First problem is that the file /mk/config.h.in is reported as missing.

(Someone might want to update the comment in configure.ac that says
that autoconf should be used to process the file.)
