Automatic Makefile dependencies

Even with GHC 4.02 I've noticed that 'ghc -M' always adds one too many
newlines into the Makefile. The large gap gets to be pretty obnoxious if
you run 'make depend' several times.

Kudos for the FFI fixes, BTW.
