Hi, This does not appear to be related to ImplicitParameters, rather `MonoLocalBinds` is not working as expected. Here is an example without implicit parameters that compiles just fine, but would be rejected if `p` was monomorphic: {-# LANGUAGE NoMonomorphismRestriction, MonoLocalBinds #-} class
