Hello Guys,
There's any restrictions on making SLA Rules of a sub-subcategory?
I got two levels of category but when i'm trying to open a ticket that fits
on the rule, i got mysqld process 100% of CPU and 70% of CPU on httpd
process and the ticket is not opened anyway.
