[Gluster-devel] Release 4.0: RC0 packages

Hi, We have tagged and created RC0 packages for the 4.0 release of Gluster. Details of the packages are given below. We request community feedback from the RC stages, so that the end release can be better, towards this please test and direct any feedback to the lists for us to take a look at.
