This was because we forward port 22 to port 29418.
I just changed the sshd.advertisedAddress to say review.gluster.org:22.
That did the trick. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

When I choose 'clone with a commit-msg hook' in Gerrit, I get the following
scp command:
