As I was tinkering with my GlusterFS setup, I was just thinking about
how useful it would be to have some sort of stats on peoples' GlusterFS
implementations. Things like:
- Ethernet or Infiniband?
- TCP or RDMA?
- Fiber or copper?
- RAID or JBOD?
- Hardware RAID or software (md?) RAID

It would be a great idea to have a form online somewhere that people could
submit their use cases and deployment details. We used to have something like
that, way back when.
What other things, besides what you've listed, would be useful to know? What
should we offer in return to
Distro, version, gluster version.
Network config: jumbo frames or regular ? Or Other ?
If geo-rep, type of link, speed, etc.
Dedicated NIC for gluster ? 1Gbps ? 10Gbps ?
Typical file traffic ? Web (small files read-only) ? database ? VM images
(big files read-write) ?
Sysctl tweaks ?
