I have problem for sending attachment files,my file no longer 20 MB
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server
Seems to me that the end recipient won't accept such large attachments. Not a
gmail issue, really.

Well, the receiving server is the one complaining at this point that the
attachment is too large. It's not GMail that has a problem with your
attachment, it's them. You need to figure out how large they'll let you
send, and make sure your attachment is smaller than that.
