* Several of these requirements have been eliminated. I have now
removed them from the google sheet.
* Requirement 76 has lots of tests, but it is one that recently had its
number changed to deconflict. Possibly that was not

I did a re-run of the failed tests (on the Lab test machine) to get rid of
false failures.
Results are pretty good. 3 comparator issues for OC. 2 rotation matrix tests.
