It seems like just changing the symbol name to __gmp_ was NOT the fix,
sorry I must've confused myself - reverting the commit as a whole still
fixes it though.

When using gmp-6.2.1 with link time optimization on arm64, gfortran
(specifically f951) gets stuck in an infinite loop on argument parsing.
This is on Gentoo Linux.
After some digging around I found the regression to be in

changing the name of binvert_limp_table back to __gmp_bi
