It will be available from the next release.
As the manual says about low-level functions: No size argument may be zero.

The previous internal function did support zero size, if you was using it
and still need that support, you shall substitute

mpn_zero_p (sp, sn)

with

(sn == 0 || mpn_zero_p (sp, sn))
