Hi,
It looks like you are trying to turn an imported STL 2D shell inside Gmsh to 3D
mesh the volume inside, am I right ? If that is the case, have a look at :

I have a geometrically complex domain which I have generated from a very
large, high-resolution image mask. The other program I used is more
intuitive for generating this mesh, but the ordering of the nodes is
