[Gmsh] Largest interior mesh

Hi all, first I would like to thank you for your program it filled a gap for me to create meshed geometries. I would like to create a tetrahedra mesh from a step file, having the largest possible tetrahedra as interior and fine tetrahedra mesh on the surface boundaries. The reason is to use it
