I do know about Xiph, but from their web site I got the impression that their
streaming server (Icecast, right?) is only used for audio streaming, not for
video streaming. Or am I completely mistaken?

Some people in Gemany, in HD, are filming a series of lectures and putting
them in the internet to download. The bad point is that they are full
files (mpg) and do not have a streaming option. T

vrms is just out of date for ttf-gentium, it is free software. I suspect that
I suggest to continue this discussion off-list in order not to annoy
the rest of the subscribers (this proposal is to everybody

non-free packages that Debian distributes. It is pointless to have
