then no, there's no way you can obfuscate that. Your better bet is to
write a script that logs in and serves the file, and then merely link
to that script.

If the login is authenticated with javascript (?!!), then you're screwed.
What web site is it? Your best bet is to find out what the javascript is
exactly doing.
