not localizable.
It will take some time to come up with a proper solution that would
avoid any potential ambiguity, but for now (that is, for 2.24), the
strings in question (and they are not so many) have been made

We (translators) need to know what we have to translate, GNOME is a huge
project with lots of strings to translate, so if you are saying to stick
with gnome-2-22 branch let us know, also a message from r-t would help
