A stable Glom 1.12 will be released around the GNOME 2.28.0 release, so
we are pretty-much string frozen now.

Thinking more about this I regenerated the list and activated all
languages over 65%, I'll set the threshold back to 80% just before
the release.
I will try and find some time this week to review
