[DL]String additions to 'epiphany.master'

History dialog title not translatable in Epiphany

Hi i18n, Somebody noticed that we failed to mark the title of Epiphany's History dialog for translation when redesigning the dialog for 3.38. This fix adds one new string, "History": https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/epiphany/-/merge_requests/806 Hopefully it's covered elsewhere in the .po
