Cheese new strings, string changes, ui changes

1. Added a Delete action to immediately delete files without moving them to trash. Also adds a question dialog and an error one with new strings. It has an associated gconf key so there is some new string in schema file too. I tried to resemble nautilus behavior and use similar strings. Ping me
