Dear Pawan, One of the early steps you will probably want to take is to develop a glibc locale for lang-new. I'd be happy to offer help. If you can confirm the plural forms for Nepal Bhasa (Newari), I'd also be willing to temporarily host a GNOME PO file for you on the Sugar Labs Pootle server
